Sakura Spritz — Japan
A delicate pink cherry blossom and yuzu spritz inspired by Japan's sakura season. Perfect for World Cup 2026.

Ingredients
- 1 oz sakura (cherry blossom) syrup
- 1 oz fresh yuzu juice (or 0.5 oz lemon + 0.5 oz grapefruit)
- 4 oz sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Preserved sakura blossom or edible flower, for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a champagne flute or coupe glass with ice (optional — can also serve without ice).
- Pour the sakura syrup into the glass.
- Add the yuzu juice.
- Top with sparkling water and stir very gently once.
- Float a preserved sakura blossom or edible flower on top.
- Serve immediately — the pale pink color is ethereal.
