Fourth Quarter Pomegranate Punch
This ruby-red pomegranate punch mocktail uses rooibos tea, ruby grapefruit, and sparkling water. An easy non-alcoholic pitcher for football watch parties.

Ingredients
- 3 cups 100% pomegranate juice, chilled
- 2 cups strong-brewed rooibos tea, chilled
- 3/4 cup fresh ruby grapefruit juice
- 3 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
- 3 cups chilled sparkling water
- 1 cup pomegranate arils, divided
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced into wheels
- Ice for serving
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, whisk the pomegranate juice, chilled rooibos tea, ruby grapefruit juice, and pomegranate molasses until the molasses is fully dissolved.
- Refrigerate the base for 10 minutes so the tea and citrus are thoroughly cold before the sparkling water is added.
- Add half of the pomegranate arils and the lemon wheels to the pitcher.
- Just before serving, slowly pour in the chilled sparkling water and stir once.
- Serve over ice and finish each glass with a few remaining pomegranate arils.
