Gingered Sweet Potato Cooler
A unique Thanksgiving mocktail with roasted sweet potato, ginger, and maple syrup. A creamy, refreshing non-alcoholic holiday drink for any guest.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons smooth roasted sweet potato puree
- 1 ounce pure maple syrup
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce fresh ginger juice
- 2 ounces unsweetened oat milk
- 3 ounces chilled sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: Fresh lemon wheel and a pinch of ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the sweet potato puree, maple syrup, lemon juice, ginger juice, and oat milk.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well-chilled and the puree is fully integrated.
- Double strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with chilled sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and a light dusting of cinnamon.
