Seoul Citron — South Korea
A bright golden yuzu-honey citron tea mocktail inspired by Korea's beloved yuja-cha. Perfect for World Cup 2026 watch parties.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Korean yuzu marmalade (yuja-cheong)
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz honey syrup
- 4 oz sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slice and yuzu peel, for garnish
Instructions
- Add the yuzu marmalade to a tall glass and stir with 1 oz of warm water to loosen it up.
- Add the lemon juice and honey syrup, stirring to combine.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently to incorporate the marmalade throughout.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and a twist of yuzu peel if available.
- Serve immediately — the golden color is beautiful in sunlight.
