Kiwi Feijoa Fizz New Zealand mocktail — vibrant green kiwi and feijoa spritz

Ingredients

2 ripe kiwi fruits, peeled
1 oz feijoa nectar (or guava nectar + lime)
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
3 oz sparkling water
Ice cubes
Kiwi slice, for garnish

Instructions

Blend the peeled kiwi fruits until smooth.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove seeds (optional — some people like the seeds).
In a tall glass, combine kiwi puree, feijoa nectar, lime juice, and simple syrup.
