Orchard Cherry Thyme Sparkler
Make a bright zero-proof cherry thyme sparkler with apple juice, lemon, and soda water. A crisp city-inspired mocktail for watch parties.

Ingredients
- 2 ounces unsweetened tart cherry juice
- 2 ounces fresh-pressed apple juice
- 3/4 ounce thyme-honey syrup
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3 ounces chilled soda water
- Ice
- Fresh thyme and a dried apple wheel, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine tart cherry juice, apple juice, thyme-honey syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
- Shake for 10 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
- Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top slowly with soda water and stir once to combine.
- Taste and add a small splash of soda water if a lighter finish is preferred.
- Garnish with a fresh thyme sprig and dried apple wheel, then serve immediately.
