Marrakech Mint — Morocco
A refreshing Moroccan mint tea cooler with orange blossom water and honey. Perfect for World Cup 2026 watch parties.

Ingredients
- 1 packed cup fresh mint leaves
- 4 oz hot water
- 1 oz honey
- 1/4 teaspoon orange blossom water
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint bouquet, for garnish
Instructions
- Steep the packed cup of mint leaves in 4 oz hot water with honey for 5 minutes.
- Strain out the mint leaves and let the tea cool to room temperature (or chill in fridge).
- Add the orange blossom water and lemon juice to the cooled mint tea.
- Fill a tall Moroccan-style glass with ice.
- Pour the mint tea over ice from a height of about 12 inches — this aerates the drink (the traditional Moroccan pour).
- Garnish with a generous bouquet of fresh mint leaves.
- Serve immediately.
