Pumpkin Chai Cooler
Refreshing non-alcoholic Pumpkin Chai Cooler with spiced tea, pumpkin puree, and sparkling water. A perfect creamy and bubbly fall drink.

Ingredients
- 4 oz strong chilled chai tea (brewed double-strength)
- 2 tbsp plain pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 oz creamy oat milk
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 oz sparkling water
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 cinnamon stick for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the chilled chai tea, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, oat milk, and ground cinnamon.
- Add ice to the shaker and seal tightly.
- Shake vigorously for at least 20 seconds to ensure the pumpkin is fully emulsified and the mixture develops a frothy head.
- Fill a highball glass with fresh ice cubes.
- Double-strain the mixture into the prepared glass to ensure a smooth texture.
- Top with sparkling water and stir very gently with a bar spoon to combine without losing carbonation.
- Garnish with a whole cinnamon stick and an optional dusting of extra cinnamon.
