The Toffee-tastic Dream
A golden butterscotch-toffee mocktail with a caramel rim and toffee bits, inspired by Toffee-tastic Girl Scout Cookies.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz butterscotch syrup (Torani)
- 0.5 oz vanilla simple syrup
- 3 oz whole milk (or oat milk)
- 0.5 oz heavy cream
- Caramel syrup + crushed toffee bits (Heath bar), for rim
- Ice
- Toffee bits and caramel drizzle, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the rim: drizzle caramel syrup around the rim of a rocks glass, then dip into crushed toffee bits.
- In a shaker, combine butterscotch syrup, vanilla simple syrup, milk, and heavy cream with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
- Drizzle caramel syrup over the top and garnish with a pinch of toffee bits.
