The Thin Mint
A rich dark chocolate and fresh mint mocktail inspired by Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies. Ready in 8 minutes.

Ingredients
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 oz dark chocolate syrup (Ghirardelli or similar)
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 4 oz cold whole milk (or oat milk for dairy-free)
- 1 oz sparkling water
- Chocolate syrup + crushed Oreo crumbs, for rim
- Ice
- Fresh mint sprig and chocolate shavings, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the chocolate rim: drizzle chocolate syrup around the rim of a rocks glass, then dip into crushed Oreo crumbs.
- In a shaker, muddle the mint leaves with simple syrup until fragrant.
- Add dark chocolate syrup, milk, and ice to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Double-strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
- Top with a splash of sparkling water.
- Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and chocolate shavings.
