Maple Leaf Fizz — Canada

Ingredients
- 3 oz fresh apple cider (unfiltered)
- 1 oz real maple syrup (Grade A Dark Amber)
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz sparkling water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Ice cubes
- Apple slice and cinnamon stick, for garnish
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine apple cider, maple syrup, and lemon juice with ice.
- Shake for 10 seconds until well-chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently once.
- Add a cinnamon stick to the glass and garnish with a thin apple slice.
- Serve immediately — the golden color catches the light beautifully.
