A dramatic red, white, and blue layered mocktail celebrating America as 2026 World Cup host. Cherry, coconut, and butterfly pea flower.

Ingredients
- 2 oz cherry juice (tart cherry for deep red)
- 0.5 oz grenadine
- 2 oz coconut cream (full-fat, like Coco Lopez)
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz butterfly pea flower tea, cooled
- Ice cubes
- American flag toothpick and maraschino cherry, for garnish
Instructions
- Brew butterfly pea flower tea: steep 1 tablespoon dried flowers in 2 oz hot water for 5 minutes. Strain and cool.
- Fill a tall clear glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the cherry juice mixed with grenadine into the glass first — this is the heaviest layer and sinks to the bottom.
- Slowly pour the coconut cream mixed with simple syrup over the back of a bar spoon to create the white middle layer.
- Finally, slowly pour the butterfly pea flower tea over the back of a spoon to create the blue top layer.
- Garnish with an American flag toothpick and a maraschino cherry.
- Serve immediately with a straw — tell guests to admire the layers before stirring!
